On 24th July, the Rotary Club of Sint Maarten - Mid Isle donated Elementary and Secondary school uniforms to SJIS (Stichting Justitiele Instellingen St Maarten).
On 24th July, the Rotary Club of Sint Maarten - Mid Isle donated Elementary and Secondary school uniforms to SJIS (Stichting Justitiele Instellingen St Maarten). SJIS provides rehabilitation and family guardianship services.
We donated about 55 assorted uniforms to students who need assistance. Cynthia Filemon and Jennely Luidens were present to accept the uniforms from President Grace Linger, Secretary Jon Hart , District 7020 Governor Elect Louis Wever, Past President David Antrobus, Fundraising Chair Wayne Wilkie and Public Image Chair Anjali Manek.
The representatives of SJIS expressed their gratitude for assisting with the uniforms as during this time it is needed more than ever.
